institution, established by Chef Jane Goh Suat
Geok more than 25 years ago, which teaches
it’s students Bakery and Pastry Skill in
Singapore.
Over these years, Chef Jane Goh
Suat Geok has been to Japan, American, Hong
Kong and Taiwan to further her studies in
decorating cakes, western cakes theories and
techniques and has also worked there.

working experience. She has accumulated lots
of knowledge on baking techniques.
Lucinda Bakery Mart welcomes those who are
interested in baking to come and learn from us.
Our lesson time is flexible. Students can come
any time until the whole course finishes so it will
not affect the learning progress, and no entry requirement is needed. |
